[origin: DE19935566A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a suspension containing a salt solution and meat and to a suspension containing a salt solution and meat. The invention further relates to a method for the production of a meat material containing the inventive suspension and to a device for carrying out the inventive method for the production of said suspension. The salt solution and the meat are mixed in a container, whereupon the mixture is subsequently broken down into small pieces in a microcutter and homogenized.
