[origin: WO0110735A1] An article carrier and a blank for an article carrier for holding an article, for example a tray, comprising a top wall (16, 116), opposed side walls (14, 18, 114, 118) and a base wall (12, 20; 112, 119, 120) hingedly connected together to form a tubular structure and wherein there further comprises article retention means (29, 129) hingedly connected to said top wall and said base panel, which article retention means is formed by a pair of interconnected panels (30, 32; 130, 132) formed from adjacent carton walls (18, 20; 118, 119) and inwardly folded to retain the article (A, T) within the carton.
