Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Leckdetektorpumpe, bestehend im wesentlichen aus einer Hochvakuumpumpe (2), einem Gasanalysator (4), einem Gasanschluss (6) für einen Prüfling, einer Gasaustrittsöffnung (8), Gaseinlassanschlüssen (10, 12), Ventilkörpern (14, 16, 18, 20) und Verbindungen (22, 24) zur Gasführung zwischen diesen Komponenten. Die Leckdetektorpumpe zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass alle die genannten Komponenten in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebracht sind oder Bestandteile desselben sind. <IMAGE>
