The wall panel has a frame casing (1) of cement with at least one prestressed longitudinal section (5) and an insulating layer (2) extending through the frame. The frame casing can have two panels extending on each side of the insulating layer and connected by the sidewalls. One of the panels can have internal reinforcing ribs.
