The lock has a cylindrical housing (1) containing a rotatable cylindrical core (2). A small rotor (3) is positioned off center, and is cylindrical with two diametrically-opposed flats. It can move a locking bolt (4) which presses a metallic bolt and locking mechanism (5,6) into a groove (7) in the inside surface of the cylinder.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schloss mit kraftübertragend oder kraftaufnehmend zusammenwirkenden Konstruktionsteilen, wobei zumindest eines dieser Konstruktionsteile aus einem temperaturempfindlichen Kunststoff besteht. Dabei ist in dem Schloß ein Bauteil (3) vorgesehen, das aus einem Werkstoff besteht, der eine geringere Schmelz-oder Verformungstemperatur als der temperaturempfindliche Kunststoff, aus dem das Konstruktionsteil besteht, aufweist, wobei dieses Teil bei durch eine äußere Temperatureinwirkung bedingtem Schmelzen oder Verformen die Kraftübertragung zwischen den Konstruktionsteilen blockiert. <IMAGE>
