Abstract (en)
The cooling process is applied to a gas turbine blade (1). A slot (15) is eroded into the leading edge region of the platform (3), Cooling air (25) from the underside (8) of the platform is shock-cooled as it enters and the top side (7) of the platform is film-cooled. The channels (17) leading into the slots can be laser-drilled, with the slot walls being protected by an anti-adhesion strip.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gasturbinenschaufel (1) bei der im Anströmkantenbereich einer Plattform (3) ein parallel zur Anströmkante (9) verlaufender Schlitz (15) einerodiert ist, in den von der Plattformunterseite (8) Kühlluft (25) prallgekühlt eingeführt und die Plattformoberseite (7) filmkühlend abgeführt wird. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein wirkungsvolles Kühlsystem für den Anströmkantenbereich der Plattform (3). Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gasturbinenschaufel (1), bei dem die in den Schlitz (15) führenden Kanäle (17) mittels Laserbohren hergestellt werden, wobei die Schlitzwand des Schlitzes (15) durch einen Teflonstreifen (33) geschützt wird. <IMAGE>
