Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1207351A1] The cooking spots in the plate are formed by domes (2) set above gas burners (3) whose open flames emerge through flame outlet slits (4) arranged laterally in one plane in the domes. Further openings (5) in the dome beneath the plane of the flame outlet slits draw in the combustion air. Part of the combustion air drawn in through the openings is sent as primary air to the gas burner in the region of the gas nozzle
