[origin: WO0116239A1] The application relates to a radiation curable lacquer composition comprising a radiation curable resin and a cellulose ester. This lacquer composition shows improved properties in comparison with known lacquer compositions. The lacquer composition is obtainable by mixing a dispersion comprising a cellulose ester, which dispersion is substantially free of radiation curable components, with a dispersion comprising a radiation curable resin.
