Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0118445A1] The invention relates to a lamp device which is worn on or directly in front of the forehead or above or to the side of the eyes and which enables the wearer to move around freely without cables or similar connections. The invention is characterised in that several non-thermal, light-emitting elements are provided for generating the light and in that the individual light-emitting elements emit the light in a defined direction of radiation and are located in such a way that the light that is generated is directional. The light-emitting elements (1) are also located in such a way that each of them forms a particular angle with the visual axis of the wearer so that all of the light sources (1) have a precise common intersection point in relation to the viewing or working distance of the wearer. The distance between each individual light-emitting element (1) and this intersection point is also equal. The vertical position of the illumination field in front of the face of the wearer can also be varied.
