[origin: EP1208787A2] The device has an actuation handle (20) movable along guide surfaces (34) of a holder protrusion (18) attached to a guide insert (14) with counter guide surfaces (35) parallel to the outer surface of an outer tube (11). The guide surfaces are identical to latching surfaces on the holding protrusion. A sliding locking element (26) is attached to the actuating handle and interacts directly with the blocking body (29).
