[origin: EP1209314A2] The wooden-framed glass door (1) has a wooden surround (3) and at least one door panel (2,2a,2b) formed by mostly door panel frames (4), in which is formed a fire protection nplate (5). The portion of the wooden material of the surround and of the door panel frame in relation to the plate material in a sectional plane parallel to the door wide side at the level of the fire protectionn plate amounts to preferably less than 40 per cent.
