Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2817018A1] The steam extractor has a blower (16) for delivering fresh air into the cooker oven (2) and at least one outlet (30) for extracting the steam, equipped with a controller (18, 20). The fresh air inlet is situated at a distance from the steam outlet(s) in the oven, delivering fresh air to a point adjacent to the oven door (10) through a duct (22) situated outside the oven with its intake (26) near the steam outlets so they can be controlled by a single valve (18).

Ce dispositif d'évacuation de vapeur hors d'une enceinte (2) d'un four de cuisson à la vapeur comporte des moyens (16) permettant d'envoyer de l'air frais dans l'enceinte (2) du four et au moins une sortie (30) pour l'évacuation de la vapeur hors de l'enceinte, des moyens (18, 20) étant prévus pour commander l'envoi d'air frais dans l'enceinte du four et l'ouverture et la fermeture de la sortie (30) au nombre d'au moins une. <IMAGE>
