[origin: WO0118444A1] The invention relates to a method for refurbishing the leaky walls of horizontal, vertical or inclined conduits having small diameters up to a nominal diameter of approximately DN 200. Refurbishing is carried out by introducing a fibre tube that is impregnated with a UV-hardenable resin into the conduit. The tube is mounted, preferably under pressure, in such a way that said tube rests on the inner wall of the conduit. One or more UV-light sources are led through. UV-light is emitted from the light sources and onto the fibre tube, whereby the resin is hardened. An artificial resin, especially a styrene-free epoxy acrylate resin, that does not limit the functions of thermoplastic inner films is used for impregnating the fibre tube.
