[origin: WO0106254A1] Provided are methods, compositions and kits for concentrating a desired cell type present in a biological sample. The method includes contacting a sample with a binding agent, wherein the binding agent is bound to a magnetic carrier molecule. The binding agent interacts with the desired cell type, which can thus be separated from the sample by use of the magnetic molecule.
