Abstract (en)
The substructure wall is constructed from a single row of vertical blocks (2) with cavities (18), laid on a mortar bed (5) on reinforced concrete foundations (4). The top of each block has a U-section recess (6) forming a channel that is filled with reinforced concrete (20, 21). The concrete is also allowed to fill the vertical gaps between blocks, which have their inner surfaces covered by insulation panels (23).

La présente invention concerne mur de soubassement pour une construction et le procédé de réalisation d'un tel mur. Le mur de soubassement est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un rang unique de blocs en parpaing (2) alignés en étant jointivement juxtaposés et constitués chacun en une seule partie dont l'embase (3) est solidaire de la fondation (4) de la construction et le haut présente en section transversale sensiblement la forme d'un U constituant un coffrage (6) de réception du chaînage horizontal. L'invention trouve application dans le domaine du bâtiment. <IMAGE>
