The fastening element has a profiled section(2) at least partially encompassing the post to be secured and which by means of a clamp is detachably attached to it, and a connecting section(3,4) with through-holes(7) to accommodate fixing elements. The profiled section is connected in one piece with two connecting sections which may lie in one plane or in two vertical planes offset in relation to each other by a selected angle. Slots(5,6) are formed in the profiled section, the height of which is less than a quarter of the height of the profiled section.

Ein Befestigungselement zur Verbindung eines Pfostens mit wenigstens einer Latte, Tafel oder dgl. weist einen den Pfosten wenigstens teilweise umgreifenden Profilabschnitt (2), der mittels einer Schelle an dem Pfosten lösbar befestigbar ist, und wenigstens einen mit Durchgangsbohrungen (7) für Befestigungselemente versehenen Anschlussabschnitt (3, 4) auf. <IMAGE>
