Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1213408A2] A toe board (1) piece of cranked sheet with end fixer and pleat (5) clamps to the pleat of the adjoining rail part, preferably using two pleats in parallel and horizontal. The board has a slot (6) at the far end plus an angle part (7) extending over 40-60% of the board end (3) length. The slot (6) is arranged to take an angle part (7). The board is riveted to the guard board and fixed between clamp and scaffold tube with slot and angles joined up as clamps.
