Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0117868A1] The invention concerns a device for packaging products likely to flow, comprising at least a soft three-side seal pouch (10) having a generally flat shape and comprising two opposite walls in sheet form extending substantially parallel to a median longitudinal plane of the device. Said device is characterised in that it consists of: at least a soft three-side seal pouch, two reinforcing elements (21, 22) respectively associated with each of the two walls of the pouch, said reinforcing elements extending at least substantially opposite the whole width of their associated pouch wall, and means for making integral each reinforcing element and its associated pouch wall at least in a median zone of the wall, the two reinforcing elements extending on either side of the device, substantially symmetrically relative to said median longitudinal plane and the rigidity of said reinforcing elements being greater than that of the walls of the pouch or pouches so as to facilitate, after the two respective lateral ends of each of the reinforcing elements have been brought together in said median longitudinal plane to deform said reinforcing elements so that their respective median portions are spaced apart from each other, the opening of one or several pouches once the high part(s) thereof has/have been torn.
