Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1215140A1] The roller unit has a housing (2) on which rollers (3) are mounted so that they can rotate about a central axis, each roller also rotating about its longitudinal axis. The rollers have a curved longitudinal cross-section and are mounted so that their outer surfaces lie on a circle whose center is the axis of rotation of the unit. An Independent claim is included for a method for making the housing.
