Abstract (en)
The exchangeable reinforcement (1), for the suction channel of a condensing station for drawn sliver at a drawing unit, is a component which extends the base body (17 of the suction channel (2). The condensing stage, for drawn sliver, has a base body which extends over a number of spinning stations, and the length of the reinforcement matches the body length. The reinforcement is an injection molded plastics component, clipped into the base body. The sliding surface (23) for the drawn sliver has a deflection guide (30) at the end towards the drawing unit (4). The ends (24,25) of the sliding surface fit smoothly into the outer contour (26) of the base body.

Beschrieben wird eine austauschbare Armierung (1) für einen Saugkanal (2) einer Faserbündelungseinrichtung einer Spinnmaschine. Die Armierung (1) erstreckt sich vorzugsweise über mehrere Spinnstellen und besitzt pro Spinnstelle eine Gleitfläche zum Führen eines einen Faserverband transportierenden luftdurchlässigen Transportelementes. In der Gleitfläche ist pro Spinnstelle ein allseitig fensterartig umschlossener Saugschlitz (19) angeordnet. Die Armierung (1) ist ein Bauteil, welches einen profilierten Grundkörper zu dem Saugkanal (2) ergänzt. Hierzu ist die Länge der Armierung (11) an die Länge des Grundkörpers angepasst, und beide Bauteile haben entsprechende Anlageflächen (28,29) und Gegenflächen. <IMAGE>
