Suction sweeping device comprises a sweeping unit (3) with a revolving brush (4, 4') and a suction unit (2) consisting of an extractor, a suction shaft (8) and a suction opening (10) having two limiting walls (11, 12) extending parallel to the revolving brush. The limiting wall (12) adjacent to the revolving brush is designed so that its position and/or shape can be changed between a first and a second end position to change the cross-section (15) of the suction opening. Preferred Features: The limiting wall (12) is a flap (13) positioned on the suction shaft so that it tilts about an axis (14) extending parallel to the revolving brush.

Ein Saug-Kehraggregat umfaßt eine Kehreinheit (3) mit einer rotierend antreibbaren Walzenbürste (4) und eine Saugeinheit (2) mit einem Sauggebläse, einem Saugschacht (8) und einem Saugmund (10). Dabei weist der Saugmund zwei sich im wesentlichen parallel zu der Walzenbürste (4) erstreckende Begrenzungswände (11, 12) auf. Die der Walzenbürste (4) benachbarte Begrenzungswand (12) des Saugmundes (10) ist dergestalt zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Endstellung lage- und/oder formveränderbar, daß der Mündungsquerschnitt (15) des Saugmundes veränderbar ist. <IMAGE>
