[origin: EP1215652A2] The anti-sound device uses at least one reference microphone (4) and a regulating microphone (6) coupled to a regulator (5) for control and regulation of loudspeakers (3) providing anti-sound waves. The anti-sound device is incorporated in a conduit (1) with an octagonal cross-section, the loudspeakers fitted to each of the flat conduit walls. The loudspeakers can be arranged as 4 loudspeaker pairs, used with 4 regulating microphones and at least one reference microphone.
