Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0119229A1] The aim of the invention is to create a device for monitoring the function of a rotating device (4) that delivers fluid with which the overall function of a rotating device (4) that delivers fluid can be monitored. To this end, at least one collecting chamber (19) provided with an entry opening (14), at least one exit opening (20) and at least one sensor (21) is arranged approximately in the area to which fluid is delivered by the device (4) to be monitored. Said exit opening (20) has a smaller cross-section than that of the entry opening (14), and the sensor (21) is a level gauge which transmits signals to a device for evaluating the same.
