Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1216767A1] The turning station, for a crankshaft (6), has holders (4) to take the rotating journals and a clamp to lock one journal. The assembly has two moving underlays (16,21) for the crank cheeks (8). A die (15) acts on one of the crank cheeks. The underlays are at right angles to the holding plane of the journals (7), and have a horizontal movement through a setting drive. The journal holders, underlays, die and the clamp have a vertical action on the crankshaft.
