The shaped part has reinforcement embedded therein the form of reinforcement threads (48) and/or armoured reinforcement. The structural material is initially brought to the desired shape through extrusion pressing. The reinforcement threads have increased tensile strength and higher modulus of elasticity than the structural material. The threads can be introduced into the material as it leaves the mouth of the machine.

In ein Formteil, insbesondere als verlorene Schalung, hergestellt unter Verwendung eines formbaren Baustoffs, ist eine Armierung in Form von Verstärkungsfäden (21-24) und/oder Bewehrungen (2,3) eingebettet. Bei dem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formteils durch Strangpressen eines Baustoffs, werden in den aus einem Mundstück (43) austretenden Baustoff vor dem Verlassen des Mundstücks ein oder mehrere Verstärkungsfäden und/oder Bewehrungen eingebracht. Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Formteils aus einem strangpressbaren Baustoff, aufweisend eine Fördereinrichtung (41) für den Baustoff, einen Presskopf (47), in welchen der geförderte Baustoff hinein gedrückt wird und ein Mundstück (43), welches den Presskopf verschließt, wobei in dem Mundstück dem herzustellenden Profil entsprechende Austrittsöffnungen (44) enthalten sind, ist vor der Austrittsöffnung (44) des Mundstücks (43) eine Zuführung (45) für eine Armierung vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
