Abstract (en)
The profile for a lock key has opposing ribs and grooves in the middle area of the cross section between the key back and breast. Both sides of the profile form a variation profile locking heirarchy. Each flank of the key shaft has a nut (1,2) and rib with different tip angles (Alpha 1,2). The nuts and ribs can be formed with rear cut formations.

Ein Profilsystem für den Querschnitt von Flachschlüsseln (22) und von Schlüsselkanälen (18) zum Aufbau von Schließanlagen umfasst ein im Mittelbereich des Querschnittes angeordnetes, innerhalb jeder Anlage gleiches Führungsprofil und beiderseits desselben zum Schlüsselrücken wie auch zur Schlüsselbrust hin das Variationsprofil. Das Führungsprofil weist zwei einander überlappende Nuten (1, 2) bzw. im Schlüsselkanal korrespondierende Rippen auf. Die beiden Flanken jeder Nut (1, 2) bzw. Rippe schließen unterschiedlich große spitze Winkel (α1, α2) in gleicher Richtung zur Profilmittelachse ein. Dadurch ergeben sich hinterschnittene Nuten (1, 2) bzw. Rippen. Die Variationsprofilelemente können aus ähnlich hinterschnittenen Nuten (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) bzw. Rippen aufgebaut sein. Im Zylinderkern (17) kann ein Sicherheitsschieber (16) senkrecht zum Schlüsselkanal (18) verschiebbar gelagert sein. Kopfseitig greift der Sicherheitsschieber (16) in die Hinterschneidung des Schlüssel-Führungsprofils und kann somit auch unter Federkraft nicht in eine Vertiefung (23) des Zylindergehäuses (21) eintauchen, die ein Weiterdrehen bei Schlüsselbetätigung verhindert. <IMAGE>
