The spray can has a spray head and an electromagnet arranged axially for operating the device. To further develop the device for this purpose and make it particularly compact and reliable, the electromagnet is fitted close to the spray head on the spray can, itself solidly mounted in the chamber, whereby the electromagnet is arranged to operate the spray head directly with no linkage.
