The reclining office chair has a seat (10) connected directly to a frame (11) at the front and via a lever (13) at the back. A spring (14) connected to the lever and a second arm (19) below the seat provides resilience. The second arm is connected to a sliding rod (16) which adjusts its position according to the weight of the user.

Die Sitzplatte (10) ist in ihrer vorderen Hälfte schwenkbar mit dem Gestell (11) verbunden, und an einer weiter hinten liegenden Stelle ist die Sitzplatte (10) über mindestens einen Hebel (13) gelenkig mit dem Gestell (11) verbunden, wobei mindestens eine unterhalb der Sitzplatte (10) am Gestell (11) montierte Schenkelfeder (14) eine Rückstellkraft auf die Sitzplatte (10) ausübt und das Widerlager (16) der mindestens einen Schenkelfeder (14) an der Sitzplatte (10) je nach Körpergewicht des Stuhlbenutzers verstellbar ist. <IMAGE>
