[origin: EP1219281A1] The water-repellent layer (6) on the inside of the cubicle has thermal insulation on the outwards-facing side, and an electric heater device is provided between the water-repellent and thermal insulation layers. A nebuliser (11) connected to a liquid reservoir (13) is used to generate a mist inside the cubicle.
