Abstract (en)
Process for removing a corrosion protection layer (11) from a base body (3) of a turbine blade (1) comprises abrasively removing a first outer part (13) of the corrosion protection layer using a jet of water (23); and chemically removing the inner part (15) of the corrosion protection layer which lies between the outer part and the base body. Preferred Features: The corrosion protection layer has an inner total layer thickness with the outer part having a layer thickness which is 70% of the total layer thickness. The inner part is removed using hydrochloric acid. The corrosion protection layer is made from MCrAlX (where, M = Fe, Co or Ni; and X = Y, Sc, La or rare earth). The base body is made from a nickel- or cobalt-based super alloy.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Entschichten eines mit einer Korrosionsschutzschicht (11) versehenen Grundkörpers (3) einer Turbinenschaufel (1). Ein Außenteil (13) der Korrosionsschutzschicht (11) wird mittels eines Wasserstrahls (23) abrasiv entfernt. Anschließend wird ein Innenteil (15) der Korrosionsschutzschicht (11) chemisch entfernt. Diese Kombination ermöglicht ein effizientes und kostengünstiges Entschichten der Turbinenschaufel (19). <IMAGE>
