Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10065090C1] The energy store is coupled to the drive train for operation of a movable contact via a lever (25) and has an energy storage spring (19) held between a stationary counter-bearing (17) and a movable counter-bearing (18) via a U-shaped support platform (20) fitted with the stationary counter-bearing. The support platform, the energy storage spring and the 2 counter-bearings form a self-supporting unit secured to the switch carrier adjacent one counter-bearing, the support platform having 2 adjacent rod elements (21,22) transverse to the working direction of the storage spring secured to the switch carrier, with a stop for the movable counter-bearing provided by an associated shock absorber (23).
