[origin: EP1220578A2] The method involves varying the color temperature of the illumination device by means of the relevant supply voltage (UA1,..) and/or current (IA1,..) of the at least two light emitting diodes (Db,Dg,Dr). Several LEDs emitting the same color tone can be operated simultaneously.
