[origin: EP1221294A1] The bracket, preferably made from a synthetic material, comprising a fixing section (1) and a holder section (3) to receive the ends of transverse slats, has the fixing section made with two or more two-armed levers (4, 5) mounted one above the other and pivoting about transverse axes (7, 8). The levers are connected at points close to their ends by pivoted uprights (9) located directly beneath the slat holders and forming an articulated parallelogram mechanism with the levers. The ends of the slats fit into sockets (14) supported by a system of deformable rings (15) to give flexibility.
