In order to stabilise the cross-sectional profile of the jacket (21) in the vicinity of the ends and to allow it to be simply coupled to the other housing sections (5, 6), a retaining ring (28) sits on each end of the jacket (21). The retaining ring contains a through channel (32), whose cross-sectional surface has a form which substantially corresponds to the cross-sectional surface that is delimited by the inner wall (23) or outer wall (24).
