Abstract (en)
After bleaching (4') a process remove impurities from a suspension (S) of primary cellulose. The process employs a thickening or washing stage (9) surrendering to a filter and a subsequent micro-floatation stage (7). The vast majority of impurities are solids liberated by boiling cellulose and removed by micro-floatation in a neutral or acid zone. The individual cellulose fibres are separated by a 100G hydro-cyclone between the bleaching (4') and floatation (7) stages.

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren dient dazu, eine Suspension (S) aus Primärfaserstoff nach dem Bleichen von Verunreinigungen zu befreien, wozu eine Eindickstufe (9) und für deren Filtrat ein Flotationsverfahren (7) angewendet werden. Die Verunreinigungen sind z. B. Harze oder kleine Splitter. Durch das Verfahren wird insbesondere die Sauberkeit und der Weißgrad des Primärfaserstoffes erhöht. <IMAGE>
