[origin: US2002083673A1] A parquet board with a groove and tongue edge profile comprising a projecting tongue (14) on at least one edge of each parquet board (10,12) and a receding groove (16) on at least one opposite edge of the parquet board. The top edge of the tongue (14) is provided with a projecting locking lip (24) running in the longitudinal direction of the tongue, and there is a corresponding locking recess (26) running in the longitudinal direction of the groove in the bottom edge of the groove-boundary-forming top groove cheek (28).

Eine Parkettplatte mit einem Nut-Feder-Randprofil, umfaßt eine vorspringende Feder (14) an jeweils wenigstens einem Rand der Parkettplatte (10,12) und eine zurückspringende Nut (16) an wenigstens einem gegenüberliegenden Rand der Parkettplatte. Die Feder (14) weist auf der oberen Seite eine vorspringende, in Längsrichtung der Feder verlaufende Verriegelungsleiste (24) auf, und auf der Unterseite der oberen, die Nut begrenzenden Nutwange (28) ist eine entsprechende, in Längsrichtung der Nut verlaufende Verriegelungsnut (26) vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
