The device has a plate (3) with a slot (12) for the belt, at least two frriction rollers (13-15) rotatably mounted on the plate with belt drive surfaces (17,21,24) and coupled end gear wheels (16,19,23), whereby the belt passes between the rollers on an s-shaped path, a pressure device that presses the belt against the friction surface on the second roller and a drive motor coupled to one roller via a gearbox.

Eine Antriebseinrichtung für Rollladengurte weist wenigstens zwei teilweise umschlungene Friktionsrollen 13, 14, 15 auf, die über einen Elektromotor 27 formschlüssig angetrieben werden. Mit einer der Friktionsrollen 15 wirkt eine Andruckeinrichtung 45 zusammen, um den Reibschluss zwischen Friktionsrolle 15 und dem Rollladengurt 2 zu erzwingen, auch dann, wenn auf der Ablaufseite des Rollladengurtes kein Gurtwickler vorhanden ist, oder der Gurtwickler nicht in der Lage ist, eine hinreichende Vorspannkraft zu erzeugen. <IMAGE>
