Abstract (en)

A fuel injection valve, for an internal combustion motor, has a jet body (2) with a center passage opening (32) through it for the valve needle (3) to pass through. The downstream end has an expanded zone (35) to take the valve seat body (5). A narrow gap (33) is formed between the valve needle and the passage opening through the valve body, with a constant circular or ring-shaped cross section along the length of the center passage opening. The choke section for the fuel flow is formed by the cross section surface of the narrow gap. The valve needle has a constant circular cross section from the upstream needle guide (14) to a sealing seat (6).

Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen umfaßt einen Düsenkörper (2), der eine zentrale Ausnehmung (32) aufweist, die von einer Ventilnadel (3) durchdrungen wird und stromabwärts derer ein radial erweiterter Bereich (35) zur Aufnahme eines Ventilsitzkörpers (5) eingebracht ist. Zwischen der Ventilnadel (3) und der Ausnehmung (32) des Düsenkörpers (2) ist ein enger Spalt (33) ausgebildet, der über die Länge der Ausnehmung (32) einen konstanten Querschnitt aufweist. <IMAGE>
