[origin: WO0131149A1] An electromechanical lock has a rotating insert (5) with a cam (8) placed in a body (1) and a shaft (4) is inserted into a bore (7) of the rotating insert (5) and a shaft (4) comprises an electromagnet (10) with an anchor (11) which co-operates with sides of a slot (3) of the rotating insert (5) in such way that at simultaneous transmitting of a voltage on the electromagnet (10) and at rotation of the shaft (4) the anchor (11) rests against the side of the slot (3) of the rotating insert (5) transmitting it the rotation from the shaft (4), and at absence of a voltage on the electromagnet (10) and a rotation of the shaft (4) the anchor (11) pulls out of the slot (3) under the action of its own weight and the rotation from the shaft (4) does not transmit to the rotating insert (5).
