[origin: EP1225004A2] The swiveling device consists of a linearly moving setting member (1) connected by a crank lever setting mechanism (2) to a lockable swiveling shaft (4). The swiveling shaft can move past a top dead center point between two positions. The swiveling shaft is connected by a second crank lever setting mechanism (5) to a second setting member (6) for the opposite rotation of the shaft.
