Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a fibrous web, in particular tissue web treated with a lotion composition based on an O/W emulsion comprising (A) at least one oil, (B) an (O/W) emulsifier or (O/W) emulsifier combination, and (C) 6 to 30 weight % of water, wherein the weight % values relate to the total weight of the lotion composition. Since in the above lotion composition the external phase is aqueous, a web treated therewith can easily be wet by water and does not float on the water if it is to be disposed in a toilet.
