Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1227206A1] The coupling consists of two sections (1, 1'), each with a socket (2, 2') for a fencing or upper extension post. The two sockets have end shoulders (3) and are joined together by brackets (4) with facing plaates having toothed circular surfaces and central holes for a fastening bolt. Once the angle of the upper extension has been set it is fixed by tightening the bolt, which can be of a type to resist tampering.
