The front part (1) of the plate forms a frame (3) which covers the border of the rear part (8) of the plate. The side edges (5) of the frame are provided with tooth-shaped profiles (7). A pivoting holder clip (11) is provided on the back side of the rear part. The front part is made from transparent material and clips onto the rear part.
