[origin: WO0135028A1] The invention concerns a boiler whereof the primary generator, with the primary exchanger (13), the gas burner (10) and its gas intake mechanism (11), with the combustion chamber and its primary exchanger (13), as well as with the system (14) evacuating the combustion products and the water circulating pump (16), forms a first module (1) which is separable and/or separate from a second module (2) for producing sanitary hot water essentially comprising a secondary exchanger (20), and optionally a third module (3) for producing sanitary hot water essentially comprising a tertiary exchanger (30), the secondary and tertiary exchangers being connected by short circuits (21, 31) to the heating circuit (15, 18).
