Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1228816A2] Rolling train for producing small section steel products or wire feeds the products over one of three paths (FLI - FLIII), along which cooling sections (KS) are arranged. Material moving along the first path (FLI) is moved by a diverter (DAW) into the second path (FLII). A second set of diverters (ZW1, UF1, ZW3,UF3) diverts material; from the first path through 180 degrees into the second path (FLII). An Independent claim is included for a method for operating the rolling train.
