Abstract (en)
The curbstone (1), to define the edge of a road surface (2) for wheeled traffic or a combination of vehicles and urban tramways, has a flat upper surface (6) and an angled side surface (4) down to the road level with a vertical section (5). The angled surface, for driving up, is pitched at an angle ( alpha ) of 20-50 degrees , to cover at least the lower one-third of the curbstone height between the upper surface and the road, with the vertical driving limit surface over the remaining curbstone height. The curbstone is of natural rock, held at the road side by a mineral adhesive (8) bond.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bordstein (1) zur Begrenzung einer Fahrbahn (2) für Kraftfahrzeuge oder für den kombinierten Verkehr mit Kraftfahrzeugen und Straßenbahnen. Der Bordstein (1) weist eine Oberseite (6) und eine zur Fahrbahn gerichteten Seitenfläche mit einer unteren schrägen Auffahrfläche (4) und einer oberen vertikalen Anfahrfläche (5) auf. Dabei beginnt die Auffahrfläche (4) in der Ebene der Fahrbahn (2) und reicht in einem Winkel zu dieser zwischen 20 und 50 Grad bis mindestens zum Ende des unteren Drittels der Höhe des Bordsteines (1) zwischen der Ebene der Fahrbahn (2) und der Oberseite (6). <IMAGE>
