Abstract (en)
An inserted sealing strip (1) is used to seal a joint (6) at a building construction, between an existing concrete structure (7) and a new concrete section (8) to be newly cast. Before the new structure is cast, a groove (71) is cut along the end surface (70) of the old concrete towards the new concrete material. The sealing strip is placed in the groove, with one longitudinal edge (2) secured in the groove by a hardened rigid or elastic filling mass (72) in a sealed bond. The new concrete is cast around the other longitudinal edge (4) of the sealing strip.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abdichten einer Bauwerksfuge (6) zwischen einer vorhandenen Alt-Betonkonstruktion (7) und einer daran anzusetzenden, frisch zu gießenden Neu-Betonkonstruktion (8), wobei zur Abdichtung ein Fugenband (1) eingesetzt wird. Das Verfahren gemäß Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Gießen der Neu-Betonkonstruktion (8) in die dieser zugewandte Stirnfläche (70) der Alt-Betonkonstruktion (7) eine in Stirnflächen-Längsrichtung laufende Nut (71) eingefräst wird, daß in dieser Nut (71) das Fugenband (1) mit seinem ersten Längsrand (2) mittels einer die Nut (71) ausfüllenden aushärtbaren, nach ihrer Aushärtung starren oder elastischen Füllmasse (72) dichtend fixiert wird und daß dann die Neu-Betonkonstruktion (8) unter Eingießen des zweiten Längsrandes (4) des Fugenbandes (1) gegossen wird. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Fugenband zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. <IMAGE>
