Fixing device for hinges of motor vehicle doors or flaps comprises a hinge part (3) fixed to the vehicle body (2) by a screw (4) and a clamping sleeve (5) having a through opening (28) for the screw and at least two lever arms (18, 19) arranged a distance apart, each with an outer bearing surface (16, 17). The clamping sleeve has at least two inner bearing surfaces (21, 22) arranged a distance apart at the height of the through opening. The inner bearing surfaces are arranged a distance (a) from the outer bearing surfaces. Before final assembly the inner bearing surfaces are placed a distance (c) from a wall (14, 15) of the vehicle body and only after a predetermined pre-stressing force are placed on the wall to transfer the maximum pre-stressing force. 1. Befestigungsvorrichtung für Scharniere von Türen oder Klappen oder dergleichen von Fahrzeugen. 2.1 Es sind bereits Befestigungsvorrichtung für Scharniere von Türen oder Klappen von Fahrzeugen bekannt, bei denen es bei der Montage zu einer Verschiebung der Scharnierachse kommt. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Scharniere von Türen oder Klappen oder dergleichen von Fahrzeugen zu schaffen, die einfach zu montieren sind. 2.2 Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Spannhülse (5) in Höhe der Durchgangsöffnung (28) mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete innere Anlageflächen (21, 22) aufweist, dass die inneren Anlageflächen (21, 22) um einen Abstand (a) von den äußeren Anlageflächen (16, 17) beabstandet sind und dass die inneren Anlageflächen (16, 17) vor der Endmontage um einen Abstand (c) von einer Wand (14, 15) des Karosserieteils (2) entfernt sind und erst ab einer vorbestimmten Vorspannkraft zur Anlage an der Wand (14, 15) zur Übertragung der maximalen Vorspannkraft kommen. <IMAGE>
