Abstract (en)

The mechanism for a motor vehicle sliding door operated by a servo drive motor consists of a mechanical transmission member and a flexible traction element connected to the door by a carriage (10) running in a drive rail (8) fixed to the outside of the vehicle body. One end (15) of the rail is fitted with a reversible drive member (61) for the traction element, connected to the transmission member, while the other end (17) has a return member (41) for the traction element, comprising a guide inside a housing fixed to the rail.

Ce dispositif comporte un organe mécanique de transmission d'un couple fourni par un moteur asservi, et un élément de traction souple situé extérieurement au véhicule. Cet élément de traction est relié à la porte par l'intermédiaire d'un chariot (10) déplaçable dans un rail d'entraînement (8). Le dispositif comporte, à une extrémité (15) du rail, un organe (61) d'entraînement réversible de l'élément de traction, relié à l'organe mécanique de transmission, et, à l'autre extrémité (17) du rail, un organe (41) de renvoi de l'élément de traction. Application aux véhicules automobiles pourvus d'au moins une porte latérale coulissante. <IMAGE>
