[origin: WO0136672A2] The invention relates to a method for detecting PCR products. According to the inventive method, PCR products that have been amplified by at least one target sequence are measured in a flow cytometer. Two different marks are incorporated in the PCR products, one of them being a particle or a binding site for a particle and the other mark being a dye that can be detected in a flow cytometer or a binding site for such a dye. The two different marks are incorporated into the PCR products during PCR by using differently marked primers and/or differently marked nucleotides.
